(Writers note: I know in the show Billy is the dumb one, but it’s always difficult for me to write those kinds of characters, so just go along with it, and my lore on this show is pretty slim, so bare with me.)
It was the middle of summer and Billy had planned to spend it relaxing. He was all alone. The rest of the Thundermans had left on a special trip, and they decided to leave him home alone during this trip as training. Billy was just lazing around on the couch watching TV when suddenly it was cut off by a special broadcast and a boy around the same age as Billy was standing there. He was slim with slightly tanned skin and brown hair in a hair cut similar to Billy's. He also had green eyes staring directly at Billy. The boy said, "Dear Thundermans, the day has finally come, for I, Boom Boy, will finally conquer my greatest scheme. For I shall blow up this water park, causing people to suffer from the scorching heat of the sun. If you wish to stop me, then come find me at the water park in the centre of Hiddenville. " Billy simply scoffed towards the screen, knowing the boy couldn’t hear him. "Pfft, greatest scheme, gimme a break, that’s child’s play, anyway, I guess I should get going." Billy grudgingly got up and walked towards his room to grab his suit, which had noticeably gotten tighter, practically becoming skin tight, showing every curve on his slim body and the small bulge in his pants. "Ugh, this thing wasn’t always this tight. I need to remember to ask dad when he gets back for a larger size."
Thanks to his super speed, Billy had gotten to the water park in near seconds. He was in pure awe of just how big the place was, since he had never truly seen the place for himself, but only heard about it. "Wow, this place is bigger than I thought. Maybe I’ll ask everyone if we can go here when they get back." As Billy was roaming around the place searching for the boy, Billy noticed an open door saying, "Water storage, employees only." Billy walked through the door and went down the stairs. To be met with not only the boy but a bomb attached to a large water pipe, Well, well, well, look who arrived, but where has the rest of your family gone? Did they get lost on the way here? " The boy said, with a smug smile on his face. "That has nothing to do with you, Boom Boy. All that matters is that I’m here to stop you and your very boring plan." "My plan isn’t boring! It was fully planned out with no flaws discovered, but regardless, you’re too late. " As Boom Boy said those words, he pulled out a remote and pushed the red button in the centre.
