As he finished chanting the spell, Corrin's vision shifted. Was this the intended effect? Once the sudden shift in vision ended he found himself in a significantly more Eastern looking room. "Am I seeing through her....eyes" Corrin began to speak out of habit only to hear an all to familiar voice that wasn't his own. That was Sakura's, his sister from Hoshido!
With a nervous gulp, Corrin tried moving. To his misfortune he moved around the room. That spell hadn't made him read Sakura's mind, it had turned him into Sakura!
Corrin looked for the nearest mirror to clear any remaining doubts he could have had. The closest one was the glass on Sakura's staff. Looking at the small reflective part he saw his Hoshidan sister staring right back at him, clad in shrine Maiden uniform.
Corrin let out a groan unlike anything he had ever heard from Sakura's mouth. He couldn't even begin to list the amount of problems he had right now, not the least of which being stuck in a girl's body.
First, while this situation could be used for espionage, that would require a way back. There was a reverse spell in the book he and Elise had used, but he hadn't bothered memorizing it because he had no idea he would be stuck away from it! Until he could somehow get back to Nohr he was stuck as Sakura.
Then there was the more urgent dilemma, Elise. He and Elise hadn't told each other who they were trying to read the minds of. He had no idea who Elise had become, and she certainly had no idea who he was now. It wasn't like he could go around asking either. If the two of them were discovered they would undoubtedly be kept prisoner.
Taking a deep breath, Corrin braced himself to act like Sakura until further notice and left the room. As he walked down a hallway he kept tugging at Sakura's shrine maiden outfit, unused to wearing a skirt. Unfortunately he wasn't paying attention to where he was going as he tugged at the skirt and bumped into a person, sending them both to the ground.
