“”No what I’m trying to say is that I’m actually a member of the giant race.” Diane said a little annoyed.
“Huh really? No wait if I’m only a couple of inches tall then you must only be the size of a normal woman, a giant haha good one!”
“Fine I’ll just show you then!” Diane replied angrily.
Diane didn’t say a word, instead she walked over to the desk and opened up a drawer. From inside she took out a vial with some purple looking candies inside, before you had time to ask what they were Diane took them and headed through the door but not without saying something.
“Just promise me you won’t feeak out too much.” Diane said rather sadly.
With thatbshe was through the door leaving you all alone on your pillow bed.
“Oh great now what am I supposed to do?”
Before you could get an answer you heard something strange from just outside the window, it sounded almost like a padlock breaking, that’s when the entire bed, no! The entire room began to shake!
“What the he’ll is going on!!!” You shouted at the tip of your lungs.
A massive earthquake was causing severe tremors making your literal world shake. You were absolutely terrified but then as Quincy as the earthquake came it stopped.
“Jesus what the hell, where’d thst earthquake come from...oh crap I hope Diane’s Ok!”
Once more before you could get an answer the room shook! Oh shirt was this another earthquake? The bed you were on actually lifted and jumped a few feet in the air sending you flying with it! Luckily this quake was shorter and less violent than the previous one.
“What is going on? Are earthquakes common in this world or something?”
That’s when the room suddenly went dark, it was almost entirely black with darkness with the exception of a few strands of light slipping into the room.
“Oh great what now a solar eclipse? Man can things get any weirder in this place?”
That’s when you surprisingly got an answer to your rhetorical question. Turning around you saw the source of the room ps darkness. A humongous purple coloured eye filled the entire window and was just staring at you.
“AHHHHHHHH!!!!!! What the hell is that!!!!!” You yelled as loud as you could.
You fell flat in your ass and began shuffling away backwards as far away from this behemoth of an eye that was actually quite familiar.
“I KNEW YOU’D FREAK OUT.”
Out of nowhere a booming voice from outside the window spoke and sent an almost ear shattering sound wave your way. You stopped dead in your tracks at this voice. Not because you were scared but because it sounded so familiar.
“Diane? Is that really you?”
Almost on cue the eye receded away from the window and as you squinted to get as a good a view as you could of this enormous person it became more and more clear that this gigantic being outside was actually Diane!
If you were only a few inches tall when she was human size then that would make you like bug sized compared to her now!
“Oh shit...she wasn’t lying...oh man I’m such an idiot.”
As you were thinking of ways to apologize for doubting Diane you heard The unmistakable sound of crying from outside the window.
“Oh no what have I done...”
Jumping to your feet you ran towards the end of the bed and walked across the bedside table before using a low hung tapestry to climb up to the window.
Looking out you saw Diane, and only now did you see how huge she actually was. She took up so much space outside and towered over the trees despite being sat down, but that wasn’t what you were concerned with as you saw she was crying!
“WHY IS EVERYONE SO AFRAID OF ME? I CANT HELP BEING SO BIG. I THOUGHT IF I WAS HUMAN SIZE I’D BE ABLE TO FIT IN. BUT ILL ALWAYS BE A FREAK THAT EVERYONE RUNS AWAY FROM.” Diane cried.
Your heart was breaking, how could you let this happen? This girl had saved you, nursed you back to help and even agreed to help you get back to normal size. And how did you replay her? You made her cry.
You had to make this right but how? You had to get her attention so you decide to shout and jump up and down as best as you could, I mean there was a tremendous size difference so it would be near impossible for to hear or see you so you had to try right?
