Baby toy

The boy screamed as the baby picked him up. The 2 year old pulled his pacifier out of his mouth and replaced it with the boy.

You can hear the boy scream as he is chewed on. His mom has left the room, still talking on the phone and Amy is no where is sight... what should you do?
