Maybe the villain that hypnotizes clover is a kid who doesn’t want to be potty trained?

Or maybe the villain is a woman with a diaper fetish and wants revenge because she was laughed at for it.

(Note: the show has a lot of weird or straight up petty villains, with all the fetish based elements that were in the show, I’m surprised these kinds of villains weren’t on the show already).
