Kurenai Yuhi had just finished a mission with her team and debriefing so she was making her way home when she came across this sight so approaching the kid she says “hey kid are you alright”
Seeing Kurenai Naruto notices her headband and was fearful “please don’t hurt me Ms Kunoichi I didn’t do anything wrong” he fearfully said as he backed away from the beautiful red eyed lady.
Kurenai took a step forward to try and comfort the scared boy saying “I am not going to hurt you kid I just want to help you”
Naruto just took another fearful step back saying “How can I trust you Ms Kunoichi, your job involved lying and deception you just want me to let my guard down so you can attack”
Kurenai took another step and was about to say more and Naruto tried to escape but because of his malnourished body he had little energy and his fear he fainted instead worrying Kurenai.
She rushed over to Naruto and picked him up finding out he was very light for someone his size she really wanted to help the kid so she took the dirty, smelly and malnourished kid
