"Get you to daycare with your friends." Himawari said. As the 'peaceful age' for Konoha began Naruto allowed his friends and other villagers too live out whatever fantasies they had. This is where the adult daycare come to be.
After the fourth great ninja war a lot of people lost loved ones. One person stood out the most of this. That being Ino. Losing her father left a hole in her heart that nothing really filled. Nothing but diapers and being taken care of.
So with some backing of some other villagers Ino was able to build a daycare for adults who wanted to be babies again. This is were Hinata become an adult baby started. Encouraged by Ino and a bit of curiosity led to Hinata really enjoy messing diapers. Something about it just clicked with her. Ever since Hinata develop more and more interest in her new "hobby" and with such become a full adult baby.
Hinata told Naruto all about it, who at first was a little weired out. But seeing how much his wife enjoyed it soon changed his mind as well as a few dirty diapers.
Years later Naruto and Hinata built their family however Hinata never stopped being a adult baby. In fact her kids more so Himawari enjoys taking care of Hinata. Hinata smiled as she heard daycare. It's been a while since Hinata meet up with any of her friends.
Hinata was dropped off at the daycare where she spotted.
