Now Alex is not a particularly vain girl, and she already has fairly large breasts, it seems unlikely that she would take pills to make herself grow bigger breasts. So is she the one who takes them, does someone else deliberately dose her, or does she accidentally ingest the pills somehow (perhaps instead of regular doses it's more one pill to trigger the change, another to stop it)
