Ethan Rayne: In season 2 he turned everyone into their costumes, in season 3 he turned all the adults into teenagers, in season 4 he turned Giles into a demon. Actually in only one of his appearances on the show did Ethan Rayne not turn someone into something else, is it beyond the scope that he could be the villain of a story turning women into bimbos, heck, the right costume and his season 2 plot could easily include bimbofication.
