Everything inside you was telling you to run away from this woman. But your legs were frozen like a block of ice. You were too intimated by her that you couldn't move. All you could do was watch as her massive hand coils around you and lifts you up to her face.
When she brought you up to her face, not only was your legs not working, but your mouth as well when you saw the dim green light in her eyes and the piercings she had. Just what was this woman? Who or whatever she was scared you all the way to your core.
"Please.... Don't hurt me. I'm sorry for disturbing you and disrupting your whatever it was, but I didn't mean to." You said terrified.
The witch looks over your terrified form. She had a slew of questions to asked. Mostly what are you doing here? And given how you are right now, it seems like you would answer her.
"What are you doing on this planet?" She said. Her accent made her sound even more intimidating and maybe even angry.
"I had engine problems with my ship and made a crash landing on this planet. It was either that or a fiery explosion. I was stranded and looking for someone and came across you. I didn't mean to intrude. I was just looking for help." You said.
The witch takes what you have to say in consideration. No one would come here willingly, but to take your word as fact would be foolish.
"So you crash landed here?" She asked, not convinced.
"My ship is still there and wrecked. You can see for yourself." You said, quickly. Her expression didn't change as she eyed you. "I'm telling the truth. I didn't come here for anything. Just..... Don't hurt me. I'll do anything you want."
Seeing the panic and fear in your eyes, the witch brings her finger towards you. You nearly have a heart attack seeing her massive finger come to you and brace for whatever pain she going to inflict, but it never comes. You open your eyes and she's gently strokes your head in a effort to calm you down.
"Calm yourself. If I wanted to hurt you, I wouldn't be talking to you right now." She said.
"S...so you're not mad at me for intruding and believe me?" You said.
"I have to start my spell over again." She said, her mood turning annoyed and you start sweating bullets. "But since it wasn't out of malice, I think I can overlook it and do it again later. As for your story, no one would come here willingly, so I believe you." You breathe a big sigh of relief as you know she won't do anything harmful to you.
"Thank you miss...." You said.
"Merrin. There will be time to get acquainted with each other later as I have to decide what to do with you." She said.
"Decide? What do you mean?" You said.
"You had said you would do anything to avoid being hurt by me. I'm holding you to your word." She said. You swallow hard as you muster the courage to ask.
