Blaze looked over the scepter. According to legend, this should finally give her the body she's always wanted. She held it up and cried:
"Ancient Relic, give me the body I desire!"
A moment passed, and it seemed like it wasn't going to work, but suddenly the staff began to glow. The metal heated up and began to coil itself around her arm. Surprised, Blaze tried to pull it off, when suddenly a feeling of arousal flowed into her. Energy from the scepter seemed into her arm and swirled throughout her body. And gradually, she began to grow. Her legs lengethened, her backside swelled, and most excitingly, her breasts began to push against her top. It swelled more and more, tightening her clothes around her. The seams on her pants began to split from her plump thighs. Her breasts built more and more pressure, until finally the E-cups exploded out of her jacket.
It had worked! She had the body she desired, which was of course a body that is slightly curvier than Rouge the Bat's. Completely by coincidence, of course.
With just a thought, Blaze was able to stop her growth. While she wasn't fond of the artifact being stuck to her, it seemed it did what she wanted. Perhaps this wouldn't be so bad...
