You quickly dashed behind the apple slice. Worst case scenario she would think you were simply a bug, and you didn’t want to run the risk of that happening. The best course of action would be to wait until Robin came back so she could explain your situation to her.
After a few seconds of hiding, you hear Nami’s footsteps stop. Maybe she gave up looking for Robin and left the room? Holding onto the apple slice, you peek your head around the side of it. Strangely enough, you couldn’t see her at all. While you wondered what happened, a shadow began looming over you. Looking upwards, you saw Nami’s gigantic hand reaching down and grabbing the apple slice, with you included. You were quickly raised up through the air, right in front of Nami’s face. Unfortunately, your body was on the back of the slice, making it impossible for her to see you.
“Guess Robin made herself a snack huh? I’m sure she won’t mind if I take a quick bite, hehe”
While Nami was acting playful, you were in a serious situation. You held firmly onto the apple slice, as letting go would mean falling down to the table, likely to your death. You saw her mouth open wide, revealing the dark cave inside. You braced for impact as she brought the slice close and bit down on it. Luckily she only hit the front half off this time, but the next bite would surely include you. You couldn’t hear or see any sign of Robin, so it was up to you to figure a way out of this predicament.
The apple slice begins moving again as you come closer and closer to Nami’s open maw…
