You jump into the bag that Celebi has for you, as you get down and get ready. “C-Can you please make sure not to fly too fast Celebi?”
“I don’t know, I’m pretty excited. It’s been a long time since I last left the forest. It’s a real adventure.She said back to you, letting you get comfy first.
“I-Is that why you are helping me? Cause it sounds like an adventure?” You ask the legendary.
She turned her sprout head and looked at you. “Sort of, half of it. The other half is it’s the right thing to do.” She gave out a laugh, as she started to fly. Flying up in the air, levitating like a pixie. With that, she flew off at breakneck speeds.
“Celebi! I said slow!” You say retreating into the bag. Hiding down there as she flew.
“Oh sorry, didn’t think I was going fast.” She giggled, as she flew over the city, over some mountains and ruins, and eventually at a city.
“Here we go, I think you humans call it violet City!” She said as you can’t believe it.
“W-We are already there!” You pull up from the bag, seeing just that city. Easy to tell because of the large Sprout Tower. “I can’t believe it, you are so fast.”
“Well, it’s that and time manipulation.” She explained to you. You just look at the legendary confused. “Maybe I’ll show you later once we find Mew. So would she be here?” Celebi said thinking and looking down. “I can’t go down there and ask the other humans, they would try to catch me!”
“M-Maybe I can ask them and you stay up here.” You say to Celebi as she giggled.
“You’d get stepped on Silly. We need to ask Pokemon.” She said as she looked around, eventually smiling as she flew over. “You all, over there!”
You look where she’s flying, to see Jumpluff, Skiploom’s and Hoppip’s getting taken by the air current. She flew around and went to the front Jumpluff. Since they couldn’t really stop flying due to them being carried by the wind Celebi asked.
“I was wondering, have you seen a Pink cat Pokemon fly through here?”
“Celebi!” The Jumpluff shouted, shocked to see the legendary Pokemon. “N-No I haven’t, I’m sorry.”
“It’s fine, have a good trip!” Celebi smiled coming to a stop as the rest flew past her. She looked to her bag as she giggled.
“You’re hiding? I guess you would be scared.”
“I-I wasn’t scared.” You say to Celebi with a pout. “They were just big and all.”
“Sure you weren’t...” Celebi said with a giggle, as she then looked around for other Pokemon to ask. Since this city was pretty clean, not many Pokemon were lurking in the streets. And those that were were obviously Pokemon of Trainers. Eventually, she spotted a couple of Bellsprout’s in the tower. With a smile, she flew over and hovered near them.
You see the Bellsprouts jump up and down in excitement seeing Celebi. One you think even bowed?
“O-oh thank you but that’s not necessary,” Celebi said. “Have any of you seen a Pink cat Pokemon come through here?”
They looked among themselves before asking. “D-Do you mean Mew?”
You were filled with excitement, crawling out of the bag.
“Yes, Mew!” Celebi said as you peaked seeing the giant Grass Pokemon. “I’m looking for her, do you know where she is?”
“N-No Celebi.” The Timid Bellsprout said. “She came here and made a mess though. She had fun tipping the plants so the soil gets everywhere, and dropping ribbons down to the ground. We are c-cleaning up after her.”
“That’s her,” Celebi said with a giggle. “Do you know which direction she went?”
They all shook their head as Celebi was disappointed. However, she then looked at the Bellsprout. “N-No it’s fine. Don’t feel bad. You lot helped me out a lot, thank you!” With that, she flew up and waved them goodbye, going over the city.
“Y-You are very Popular with Pokemon Celebi.” You say noticing it.
“Well, I am a Legendary Pokemon, but I’m a kind one. I take care of those who need me, so I guess I’ve earned the reputation.”
You chuckle back to her. “But we still don’t know where Mew went?”
“Is there no Pokemon here that knows?” Celebi said. “We might have to search all of Johto.”
That scared you, thinking about it like that. Celebi moved her hands and grabbed you, holding you in front as she told you.
“if we don’t find her today, you are okay with being small for a little while right?” Celebi asked of course concerned.
“I’ll tell you the truth, I thought I would remain small until you found me. So I’m okay with being small with you.” You say to her. She smiled back as she giggled.
“We will sleep in a tree tonight? I’ll make sure your bed is as comfy as can be. Oh! You can even sleep on me, that would be kinda funny.” Celebi smiled with a giggle. “A long time ago, I slept on a human as he was asleep in the forest. He didn’t notice until he woke up.
He freaked out and tried to catch me with a Chameleon, I found it super cute!” You hear Celebi tell this story as you laugh.
“Well, I guess this time the human will sleep on you.”
“Well, that is if we don’t find her. We are going to keep looking for Mew!” Celebi put you back into the bag, which has turned into your little spot.
Celebi though was out of leads. Maybe she has to be a little bit riskier to get info. Mew defiantly was here, but no one knows where she went?
Someone had to spot Mew. Despite her never being caught and rarely seen by humans... she’s defiantly more playful than sneaky.
