This choice: She’s upset that you made her run, and now thinks you’re a weak/cowardly trainer • Go Back...Chapter #10Angry Teddiursa by: irven   Unfortunately, Teddiursa seems pretty upset. She narrows her eyes and begins to pout, and she crosses her arms as she glares at you. Even though she’s adorable, and she’s your starter Pokemon, you feel intimidated by her. She’s clearly angry at your choice to abandon the battle instead of sticking around. You can understand that. She must be a competitive girl, and she feels like running away is a cowardly thing to do.
Even so, there was really no realistic way that a newbie trainer and Pokemon could win a battle against two wild Pokemon, one of which was already evolved. So you believe you made the right choice.
“I’m sorry, Teddiursa, but it was the only way,” you say. “You understand, right? I hope you don’t think I’m a weak trainer. I was just doing what was best for both of us.”
Teddiursa growls at you, and even bares her fangs, showing that she disagrees. You gulp and step back. Teddiursa stands up and takes a big step towards you, shaking the ground as she stomps a huge paw right in front of you. You fall over and stare up at her, your heart pounding.
Before you could say anything, Teddiursa lifts her paw again and steps forward—this time, stomping right on your body, leaving just your head free, with her huge claws on either side. You yell in fear and pain, but luckily, she isn’t putting too much pressure on you. She’s being careful, but her message is obvious: she’s unhappy with you and believes you’re pathetic.
The bear cub briefly grinds you under her paw before stepping back, freeing you. You stay on the ground, staring up at the towering Pokemon. You’re terrified now, and you’re not sure what to do about this. Teddiursa hates you now, and you have to get back on her good side somehow...  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
