You weren’t hurt badly, but you were more concerned about what setting the ray gun had been set to. Green.
“You alright lad?” He asked with palpable concern in his voice.
“Yeah, yeah, just a little sore. Not very used to being on a boat.” You told him, not sure how to say you hit him with the ray gun again. Maybe it’d be best to just let him find out when he grew.
“Still gettin’ yer sea legs, aren’t ya?” He remarked with a smirk as he helped you back up.
“Um, Foxy? When I tripped I accidentally fired the ray gun at you. It was still set to green.” You stuttered out.
“Oh, what a happy coincidence.” He commented with a big grin on his face, not fully believing you. “‘Aven’t grown yet, lets get inside before I do.” He said as he ushered you below deck once again.
Only seconds after you had gotten below deck, Foxy had started growing. It was much slower this time, maybe the gun needed the setting to be changed each time to work better? At this rate, it’d take him half an hour to finish growing. Not that either of you cared. Foxy was clearly relishing every second of his growth, even if it were at a snail’s pace.
10 minutes had passed and Foxy was now 7’4”. Much like before, as he grew, his muscles grew with him, and then some. His confidence had grown along with him, made clear by him offering to let you spend the night on his ship. “It’s late, yer probably tired, and besides, yer kinda cute when ya get all flustered ‘round me.”
The both of you would have a lot of explaining to do tomorrow.
As the minutes ticked by, Foxy continued his slow growth upwards. By the time he had reached 7’6” he had happily accepted your request to lean into him, but not before he ditched his shirt. Not that was even doing much at this point. By 7’8” he had an arm quickly reaching the size of your head wrapped around you. You weren’t complaining, you just leaned into him tighter. His fur made him very easy to snuggle up next to, and there was a lot of him to do so with. At 7’10” he had wrapped you up in a bear hug as you felt him slowly creeping higher. Even though he was getting taller, his musculature had outshined the height he gained. At 7’11”, he softly whispered “Why don't we go to bed soon, it’s nearly midnight.” You agreed, and he picked you up and carried you, bridal style, to bed as he finished growing.
Foxy’s king-sized bed had grown with him, and it would be absolutely necessary for it to even fit him at this point. The added 2 feet of height, combined with a solid 10 inches of width would mean he’d have easily outsized the bed had it not grown with him. It definitely didn’t grow as much as he had, as he commented on how everything felt smaller even though it had grown with him.
As he got the bed ready, you already began to doze off in his arms, his hug only getting tighter once he was in bed with you. Between the blankets, your tiredness, and his fur, it took all of 5 minutes for you to fall asleep.
Unbeknownst to you however, Foxy had decided to get up after you had been asleep for an hour, and decided to shoot himself with the ray gun. He quickly blasted himself with it, then returned to bed with you. The color of his choice had been...
