A wish

Tommy was sitting in the sand box thinking hard. "Boy I can't remember being in mommy's belly." Little did he know a wishing star was passing by, "Tommy: I wish I could go back" the start then grants this wish as Tommy vanishes his cloths, and diaper falling on the ground.
Now the question is where did he go? What mom got little Tommy in them?
