Rebecca the Coach Hound from Devilville full grown

Okay, so, in an odd twist, Lucky has ended up in the womb of a grown-up version of Rebecca, the dalmatian who was a coach hound dalmatian in the city of Devilville, a town that had been cursed by a witch to disappear only to reappear for 1 day every 100 years. So 1 day for them was 100 years for the rest of the world. In a sense, Rebecca, even though she's only aged 1 day in Devilville, she's over 300 years old when she meets Lucky and his crew.

So, how is it, that Rebecca is fully grown in this scenario where Lucky will be entering Rebecca's womb?

How about:
1. It's an alternate timeline where she was already a full grown dog when the curse started, so Lucky met her fully grown 300 years later.

2. Rebecca stepped over the town barrier and entered the world that runs on a normal clock, but in doing so, for every 100 years that past in the real world, her body aged by 1 year. So she is a fully grown 3 year old Dog, about 2 years younger than Perdita, Lucky's original mom.

3. Lucky himself had a time jump to a time where a year (365 days) passed for Rebecca, and she finally left Devilville as a full grown dalmatian. That's........... 36,500 years later that he time jumped to. The year is 34,500 A.D.
