While Leni fell asleep into a deep and comfortable sleep Lincoln was asleep in his own little room snoring away, unaware of the magic at work to grant the wish of his own dear sister. Just like the soft glow and warmth from her womb Lincoln started to glow a little and shifted slightly on his bed groaning softly before he just seemed to vanish from his bed. At the same time Leni was giving a faint moan in her sleep shifting uneasily in her bed, slowly her flat slender belly started to inflate and grow rounding out getting heavier and full as the white haired brother was formed within her womb in a fetal position and cramped tightly inside. Amniotic fluid filled her belly and an umbilical cord attached to his belly button, forming a bond between the two like any mother and her unborn baby. Once he was finally formed and shifted uneasily within her womb making her groan faintly rubbing her hand across her belly over the bulge forming from when Lincoln moved. Softly sighing she continued to sleep while Lincoln calmed down and settled inside going to sleep as well neither knowing what had happened for the time being. It was the weekend so Leni didn’t have an alarm set for the day and planned to sleep in, however upon waking in the morning to the call of their father for breakfast she yawned and tried to sit up but struggled with a new weight in her middle. What she noticed next stunned her, her middle swollen and full heavy for some reason and stretching her soft gown so much that it looked ready to rip at any second. “Oh my god, I’m so fat!” She gasped touching her belly just enough to wake Lincoln who moved just enough to make her belly shift and bumps to form making her gasp again with a mild moan. “Oh I’m pregnant..” she gasped aware how babies were made but she didn’t think Lincoln was with in her womb.
