Leni got into the shower and got cleaned up from the night being careful and shifting as she could with her heavy pregnant belly. While she did this Lincoln happened to shift and move just a bit to make her giggle and moan a little, however neither seemed aware of the wishing star taking effect again. Across the house the giggling sister got drowsy and yawned laying down in bed after practicing with her jokes and dummy, Luna was no where around so the room was empty aside from the joking sister. “What’s happening?” Leni asked rubbing her belly feeling Lincoln start to shift roughly the warmth growing before her belly began to swell more making the pregnant mommy brace herself against the shower wall. Panting and moaning her belly pressed forward becoming massive as Luan formed inside the cramped space with Lincoln their bodies tangled together and curled with on another an umbilical cord joining his attaching her to her once older sister now mother. Leni couldn’t fight the moans that escaped her lips her two occupants shifting to get comfy with one another causing more of a rush of odd pleasure through their young mother. “Oh my god, what happened? I’m huge and heavy” she said shocked a hand touching her belly feeling the movement inside but before she could think of much the two kept moving making her shudder and moan before a rushed orgasm flooded her body her belly tensing up with her body forcing the two to stop before making her pant and try to recover.
