The City of Bludhaven was uncharacteristicly calm as the sun rose over the Atlantic and peered into the living room of the large T-shaped tower located on a manmade island in the bay. Damian Wayne, the fourth and current Robin, rested on a large couch in the center of the room, a small hill's worth of documents covering him like a blanket. Bruno Manheim had been sighted in Bludhaven cutting deals with local gangsters, and Damian had pulled an all-nighter examing documents and cross-referencing photos to get a sense of why Manheim was here. Manheim was the leader of Intergang, the biggest human-led arms dealing operation in the Universe. Dealing with garden variety gangbangers was way too small-time for him, there had to be an ulterior motive.
The double door entrance to the common room opened as Starfire entered, naked as a newborn "Good morning to you. friend Damian!" she greeted cheerfully. Damian lazily opened his eyes before they widened in shock. Swiftly regaining his composure, he cleared his throat and spoke to the red-headed alien girl in a firm tone "Kori, what did I explain to you about Earth customs of modesty?" he demanded. Starfire's face fell as she smiled shyly "Oh yes, on Earth, public nakedness is highly frowned upon. My apologies, I shall return to my quarters and don my Tameranian regalia." On Starfire's planet, being naked was as normal as wearing a tank top on a hot summer day, and she still hadn't adjusted to Earth customs regarding nudity. Truth be told, Damian was heterosexual teenage boy, and deep down he would love seeing Starfire's shapely body naked on a regular basis. However he was raised with the self-control of the Assassins and consumate professionalism of his father, and ogling a naked teamate was a major breach of both those lessons.
Starfire returned in her regalia; A purple collared leotard with gold pauldrons, and resumed her cheerful greeting. "How does the investigation into the one called Manheim go?" she inquired. "Slow but I'm making some headway," Damian replied "Manheim was sighted with the mayor, meaning she's more than likey in on all this. I'll awake the others, we have to confront the mayor and see what she knows."Damian went to do just that and...
