Vex walked out the store, the employee no where insight even after the bell above the door ran again. As she got a little ways off Vex pulled out the bounty she had just stolen. She had managed to grab seven candy bars, all of them larger then normal candy bars you'd find in any regular store.
"Guess I should taste these." Vex began peeling off the colorful wrapping, revealing a fairly normal looking caramel covered chocolate bar.
She bit into it, and as she did it was if her taste buds were experiencing ecstasy. Each flavor that Vex enjoyed about caramel chocolate bars felt so much richer. Each bite she took tasted more delicious then the last.
"People weren't kidding about this store. This tastes so good!" Vex thought as she opened two more and began chewing on them.
Soon she found herself standing in the street with a handful of empty wrappers and some chocolate on her lips.
"Man, did I really eat them all? I mean they were good, but girl you need some self control." Vex halfheartedly joked to herself as she looked at her muffin top. "Really don't want that getting any bigger."
Vex thew the wrappers somewhere and looked back towards Wonder's. Something in her really wanted to get more of those candy bars.
"I mean, might as well go get some more. The stuff back at school is nowhere close to being this good, plus it's going to a damn long day." Vex convinced herself to return.
Vex returned to the store walking faster then before, her bubble butt bouncing as she did. She quickly made her way back to the aisle with the Nutty Caramel Queen Bars and began picking up more of them then last time.
Vex convinced herself that she was doing so to stock up on the delicious sweets, as she wouldn't be returning to this brightly colored candy shop, and definitely not because her sweet tooth was seriously acting up.
As she greedily grabbed the candy bars from the self she was interrupted by tap on her shoulder.
"Excuse me, miss?" voice came from behind her.
"God! What do'ya..." Vex said spooked before realizing the employee she had seen before was now face to face with her.
"Sorry to bother, but did you just leave and come back in? I heard the bell ring." The employee asked. Vex could see from a name tag this woman's name was Mindy.
"I just went to... get my money. Is that a problem?" Vex lied to her best ability.
"No?" Mindy looked confused. "Um.. can I get you like a basket. You might need something to carry all of that." She said as she went to pick up on candy bar that fell from Vex's hands.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever." Vex said trying to get this Mindy person to leave.
Mindy did leave to get something for Vex's pile of candy leaving her to stand there with them in her arms. She looked down at them thinking for a moment. Was she acting a bit out of character. Sure she liked sweets, a little too much, but grabbing a literal pile of candy felt off. But Vex reassured herself she came here to steal and mess with this bubblegum colored shop. Though candy theft didn't really sound that cool.
Vex shook off her thoughts as she realized now she once again had an opportunity to escape with more of these mouthwatering chocolate bars. But her sweet tooth, or maybe something else, made her want to grab even more. And maybe on the off chance she might return here, it could be smart to not steal right now. The employee had already seen her with all of the candy, she would likely know Vex was the one who stole them. Plus, maybe a tiny part of Vex now wanted to see what else Wonder's had on offer.
