"I-I think we shouldn't be in here..." Kimi said nervously as Vex went to close the door behind them.
"And you shouldn't be such a pushover, but yet you are." Vex retorted as she took in the room they had entered. "A real big pushover."
The door had lead the girls to what looked to be a large storage room. There were shelves upon shelves filled with boxes, crates and jars of various Wonder's products. Compared to the rest of the store this storage room was far less colorful, looking almost clinical. But that was probably expected of a room not meant to be seen by customers, so the girls didn't pay no mind.
"Now come you big coward, I think see a box of Nutty Caramel Queen Bars." Vex pulled Kimi towards a shelf with particular candy in question.
"What if someone sees us? We'll get in trouble." Kimi cried out, while looking for any security cameras in the room.
"Trouble? Is the little nerd afraid of some trouble?" Vex said as she pushed a box of candy bars into Kimi's arms. "Unless you want me to give you some real trouble, how about you help me get proper candy haul."
While Kimi had been unable to spot any cameras in the room, there in fact were multiple ones currently looking at them. Though it wasn't her fault she missed them, as they very unbelievably small and placed in locations where they were near impossible to see.
And the feed of the girls rummaging around the storage room was directly being broadcasted in the office of the store's owner, Wanda Wonder.
She had just finished some business call as she spun around in her office chair to face the security screen. Wanda looked almost comical, as her clothing was just as colourful as her store and the chair she was sat in was not made for such a large woman. Her bottom half was practically squished into it, though she didn't seem to mind.
She sipped some type of, very, bubbly tea as she looked at the screen. "Weird, no-one usually goes through that door this time of day. Oh, if it isn't one of my favourite cus... er.. I guess since she never pays she's not a customer. Wanda spoke out. "My favourite shoplifter."
She then readjusted herself in the chair to lean towards the screen. "Oh and she has a friend with her. That short geeky girl, didn't realize they were friends. And didn't realize they would go from shoplifting to breaking and entering. Or I guess not breaking, I think Mindy might have just not locked the door.
Wanda then leaned back and took another sip as she watched Vex force more boxes onto Kimi all while eating many of the different candies.
"I fell honored to know just how much the youth enjoy my creations, though if really cared about theft I probably should do something to stop them. Or not." Wanda spoke to herself as she still remained in a relaxes pose. "It would be a shame if I lost some of my one of a kind experimental candy, but I would love to finally see what they do."
Wanda kept on sipping her tea as she looked at the girls for a while.
"Ma-maybe we should leave now." Kimi whined as Vex pulled a jar of somekind of jellybeans off a shelf.
"I'm just getting started chubs." Vex said as she munched on a caramel bar.
As she looked at Kimi, she couldn't help but find her kind of cute. The way she was shaking either from being so nervous or from not having the strength to hold up all the loot Vex had picked. And it was at this moment when...
