Hector decided his best course of action was to probably try and make it back to Omnis as soon as possible. While the Temple wasn’t too high-level of an area, it still wasn’t a place where a fresh new player should loiter about.
As Hector tried to leave the temple, he started to realize that the temple seemed to be quite different from what he remembered from the official servers. While the main aesthetic seemed the same, the layout was quite different and seemed to be a bit more labyrinth-like compared to the original more straightforward version. Hector also didn’t remember the original area’s floor having so many footprints there, some seeming more recent and wet than in other in a large variety of shapes and sizes.
And of course, he couldn’t really say what the original Temple smelled like but he could assume it probably didn’t smell like wet feet. Hector had to think of what he had gotten himself into.
“Hey! What are you doing here?”
A feminine voice broke Hector’s train of thought, with the duelist turning around to see who had seemingly just addressed him...
