How much does everyone grow?

1) Proportionately- the bustiest ladies grow the most, while the smallest ladies grow the least. But everyone grows! Even if Papi's only going from, say, an A-cup to C-cup while Cerea goes from an I-cup to a P-cup!

2) Inverse proportionately! The opposite of the above- Cerea and Rachnera only go up a handful of cup-sizes each, while Papi might end up so weighed down that she has trouble flying more than a short distance!

3) Randomized! The dust effects everyone in different ways!
