The Captain of the 1th Division wasn’t looking down at where he was walking, his face clearly viewing to the ceiling from the annoyance he had passing off as a high school student, but the Quincy knew he was his best chance. Uryuu used his superhuman speed to dodge the immense shoe coming down on him, and quickly jumped onto it, hanging to the shoe as he was carried along by the silver haired Shinigami to his next destination.
