Her team was much like Ruby herself, completely infantile and unaware that anything had ever been different. Ruby didn't know it of course, but reality had changed greatly. Not only had maturity stopped at toddlerhood, but there were many other differences as well. For one, no human or Faunus was male. All guys had become girls in addition to now wearing there bathroom around there waist. Jaune was now Jane for example, now often called Janey. Adam Taurus had become Eve for another, and now attended Beacon Daycare like most people who were physically in there late teens to the end of young adulthood. While animals and Gile still had males, humanoids in this new reality did not. New family members were actually brought by the Stork, and every baby had teeth and hair as well as attractive figures. There was no real baby fat or disease despite frequent diaper fillings and other such factors. By the standards of the old world every woman was now a bombshell, at least of model level of beauty.
Another thing that changed was actually related to there age rankings. While everyone was the same age they were before the reality change, there maturity varied. No one advanced past toddlerhood, but the stages of life people were at depended more on mental maturity than on physical age. Ruby was 15 for example, but counted as a toddler. Weiss counted as a toddler as well, while Blake was a baby and Yang was a newborn. Rare was the person who advanced past the baby stage of life, and even the teachers were just as childish as the students, often knowing no more about the subjects they were teaching than the students they taught. It was a fact of life that some people just stayed babies, or even newborns. Of course places like Beacon had a minimum physical age, usually 17, but for prodigies like Ruby they could bend the rules. Ruby looked at her team and smiled, for as far as she knew they were the same as when she went night-night.
Weiss had her hair in pigtails and wore a light blue dress and thick white diaper, both absolutely covered in snowflakes and frills. She held herself to her families' standards still but was more in line with a toddler trying to be adult, not snobbish or stuck up but instead more adorable. Atop her head was tiara, helping to sell the image of a toddler princess that she had going for her. Ultimately she was a bit of a brat, often throwing tantrums and pouting adorably, but her heart was in the right place. Of course, she often lorded the fact that she could walk, or rather toddle as that had replaced walking wholesale even if it was still called walking, over the heads of others. After all some of there teachers couldn't reliably walk, Glynda Goodwitch for example required a walker to keep up with her responsibilities, even if the toys and bouncy motions did occasionally distract her. Of course the fact that Ruby herself could walk often caused Weiss to pout, even if neither Blake or Yang could do so, both crawling everywhere.
Blake had a kitty themed onesie on as well as a matching kitty diaper, and while she still wore her bow it was not to hide her Faunus ears, but merely to look cute. While the vast majority of people would be horrified by the new infantile reality if they found themselves in it and had any clue that lie was not supposed to be this way, one positive thing about it was the fact that many of the problems of the old world were non existent. The Grimm for one were not a thing, replaced with the Gile. Another problem that is not a thing any more was racism. After all, toddlers didn't hate one another over physical differences, nor did babies. Ultimately the Faunus got the same treatment as everyone else, albeit given pets, ear scratches and played with by eager babies like they were pets. Whether the equal treatment was worth all the indignities of eternal babyhood would be up to the individual, but the Faunus of this reality loved such things. Blake for instance loved chasing the red dot around.
Lastly in the room was Yang, who despite being older than Ruby physically and being the most well-endowed of the team was the youngest maturity wise. Her only clothing was the thick yellow and black diaper around her loins which was covered in Ursa Gile prints. While her massive breasts were exposed she would occasionally cover them with her favorite Ursa plushie, not so much for modesty but because she loved her plushie. Her team loved to breast feed from Yang, as she always had some milkies to spare. While every girl in this new reality could produce breast milk as soon as they grew breasts, resulting in rather large bust sizes which combined with the non existence of bras to make boobies fun toys, often times the breasts were covered by cute clothes. Other foods still existed besides milkies and baby food, but milkies was always a popular treat. Team RWBY caused a lot of jealousy by having a reliable source of this delicious treat at any time they wanted.
Yangs eyes went to her sister as she sucked her black paci, and she lisped, "Wuby!" She tried to get up and walk over to her sister, but she repeatedly failed. The impacts of her falls were absorbed either by her diaper or her breasts, both being natural airbags, but she still let out little "oof" sounds as she fell. Ruby toddled over and bent down, hugging Yang. She stroked Yang's back and said, "Its ok Yang, you'll walkies when yous are ready." Yang pouted and said, "But i wanna walkies wike a big giwl now." Despite the conflict that once defined the world no longer existing, Yang was still a hot blooded individual. She focused this into trying to grow up faster, but she had little sucess. Sometimes she got close, but unbeknownst to her when she did get close others would sabotage her, either her own family or her team. This was not out of malice, but because of there love of Yangs boobie milk. While modest was another concept that was non existent in the new reality, the possibility of Yang wearing something that covered her boobies and thus made it so they couldn't just have some milkies was too scary to them. Even Ruby herself was guilty of this, occasionally distracting Yang so she missed her tummy telling her she needed to go potty, as at least knowing that ones diaper had been used was among the qualifications of the baby stage.
Weiss interrupted the sisters moment by saying, "You guys, wes gotta go ta cwass." Still a very devoted student even now that instead of things like history or combat the subjects involved colors and the alphabet. She gathered up the teams homework, which included there diapy charts (how many times they realized they used there diapers, Yangs having a single smiley face), there coloring homework (recognition of colors such as blue and green) and there learning letters homework (which was particularly brutal as capital letters were introduced). While none of the team had the whole "telling time" thing down, they trusted Weiss to know when class was. Ruby toddled after Weiss, while Blake and Yang took up the rear as they crawled.

what happens next? Does Team RWBY start to remember how reality is supposed to be? or do they continue on there day? or maybe something else entirely?
