You felt really bad for what you had said to Lisa, so you decieded it would be best to apologize to her. Maybe if you made up, she would be nicer to you. You took one glance back at the door, and hoped this was the right choice. You walked over to her bed, and climbed up a sheet hanging off the edge. Lisa was still sobbing loudly, and she didn't show any signs of stopping. You reached the top of her bed, and almost slipped. Her tears had soaked the sheets in a large area around her. She still had her head buried in her pillow, and you took a big gulp as you approached her. She still hadn't noticed you yet, and she was still crying. You crawled through her wet sheets and over to her face. You put your hands up to her smooth skin, and began rubbing her gently. At first, she didn't act like she felt you, but slowly, she stopped crying. You didn't stop, but continued, to make sure she didn't resume her sobbing. Finally, she sat up and looked at you. Her face was red, and her eyes and cheeks were soaked. She blinked a few times, and than spoke.
"Wha...what do you...want...Ben?" She asked quietly, saddness still in her voice.
"I...just want to say...I'm sorry Lisa. For everything. I never meant to be mean to you."
"R...really? Do...do you really mean that?"
"Yeah...I do." Lisa smiled, and dried her face with her hand.
"Thanks Ben. It means a lot to me!"
"Although Lisa...I would like to ask...why have you always liked me?
"That's easy Ben! I mean, who wouldn't like a tiny guy to play with?" She giggled, and you couldn't help but laugh yourself. "But, in all honesty, I've liked you since the day we met. You were lost, and I found you. I tried to help you, but then that ditz Victoria showed up. That was the day you first me ther too, right? She squashed you, and I tried to tell her, but she wouldn't listen to me. That's why I've always tried to save you from harm. I would never hurt you. You deserve better than her. You deserve better than me, and I don't mean to force myself onto you, but consider it please." She had a point. The day you first met Victoria wasn't exactly a friendly meeting. Victoria had caused you a lot of accidentally trouble in the past. Now you were seeing Lisa's point of view.
"I wish you had told me earlier Lisa. I could have talked with you."
"So...you'll stay here with me?"
"I don't know...this is kinda sudden ya know..."
"Please Ben? Pleeeeeeeeeease?" She gave you irresistibly puppy dog eyes.
"Well..."
