Cory Baxter returned to the White House after a long day at school and was eager to get to his room and play some video games. But as her rounded the corner to the wing where his room was, he found one cute and annoying obstacle standing in his path.
Sophie Martinez, the President's mischievous 8-year-old daughter, better known by her nickname, America's Angel, dressed in a cute white dress with black socks that ended somewhere under her skirt and a pair of glossy black shoes.
"Out of the way, Sophie. I don't have time for your games today." Cory said, trying to brush off the little brat, not seeing that she was hiding something behind her back. A government prototype designed to compress matter into a finite space. In other words, a shrink-ray.
"Actually, you don't have any choice in the matter." Sophie's voice called out behind Cory's back, brimming with confidence as she aimed the device and quickly pulled the trigger.
There was a flash of light, like someone was taking his picture. Then nothing. What kind of stupid game was Sophie playing that she needed a camera? He asked himself, turning to blow her off.
"Sophie, I'll play with you some other time. Seriously. I don't have time for your games, little...girl." Cory paused as he turned around, finding himself standing in front of Sophie's now-giant Mary Jane flats.
"Excuse me? Who exactly are you calling little?" Sophie asked, a tinge of annoyance in her voice as she towered over Cory, still holding the shrink ray in her ray hand.
"What the heck did you do to me, Sophie?" he asked, trying to keep his nerves under control. If she was responsible for shrinking him, then that meant she could unshrink him. Right?
"Well. Obviously, I shrunk you. Are you really in high school? Or do they only let idiots go to the big kid classes?" Sophie declared, adding insult to the injury of being shrunk.
"Okay. Why did you shrink me?" Cory asked annoyed, this time asking a proper question to the giant brat.
"Easy, I was bored, so I had one of Daddy's Secret Service guys fetch me this neat shrink-ray so I could turn you into my newest doll. All the ones I have are so boring. They don't talk or anything. So I'm sure you'll be a big improvement, even if you are alot smaller than the rest of my toys." Sophie clarified, making it obvious that she didn't intend to reverse this anytime soon.
"You can't just shrink people, Sophie! And I'm not a toy!" Cory yelled back defiantly.
"Of course, I can. I just overdid it this time because I haven't had a lot of practice with this thing. But just wait. By the next time I decide to shrink you, I'll be able to make you any size I want." Sophie smiled, content with Cory's one-inch-tall stature for the time being.
"Next time?" Cory asked. Was she planning to make shrinking him a regular event?
"Now come on, we don't have all day. I'm sure you'll learn to be a good doll for me by dinner time." Sophie announced, bending forward and scooping Cory off the floor with a swipe of her hand.
Moments later, he was dangling upside down in front of Sophie's face, the young girl displaying a puckish smile as her eyes crossed over her nose to look at him.
"Now. What should we do first?" Sophie thought out loud. Taking a moment to consider all the ways she could enjoy spending time with her new doll.
What does Sophie do next?
1. Sophie heads to the movie theater in the East Wing of the White House, dropping Cory on one of the seats to provide some extra support for her rear.
2. Sophie has to hide Cory from any prying eyes who might want to take him away from her, so she tucks him away inside the top of her thigh-high sock, leaving him hidden under her skirt to look up at her butt as she walks around the White House.
3. Sophie goes to the kitchen and decides to share a soda with Cory, opening a can and dropping Cory inside, threatening to wash him down her mouth every time she goes to take a sip.
4. Sophie removes one of her flats and drops Cory inside, curious about how he'll feel under her feet.
