Ashley. Ugh some people just have a bitch attitude and it seems like they will be an asshole for no reason. That's her. You don't know what you've ever done to get on her shit list, but she seems to go out of her way to try and make your life hell.
Sure, she is gorgeous and has an amazing body, but you despise her. She's always trying to throw you under the bus and make you look bad at work. You have to work hard to keep up your image around the office. You've brought doughnuts and thrown the occasional house party which have really helped to keep your popularity up, but it is a chore to stay well liked when Ashley is determined to make you despised by your coworkers.
She seems determined to get you fired, which would be bad since this job is all you really have going for you at the moment. The pay is good and the hours aren't too bad. You just have to deal with this bitch of a coworker everyday.
This week Ashley swears that she gave you the memo to collect some documentation for a very high priority case, but you know that never got it. You got called in by your boss and when you were questioned about it Friday morning, but you were empty handed. Since it was such a big case, multiple people in the office were forced to work late to fix "your mistake".
Despite your denial, everyone still held you accountable and your boss let you know that you were on "thin ice". Another big mistake like this could cost you your job and get you blacklisted from working anywhere else.
You don't see it as the end of the world, but nobody wants to work late on a Friday. You'll have to do something to make amends if you want to keep up your reputation and your job in good standing. How do you remedy this situation to gain favor in the office and stay well liked?
