Its a meesage from Tyler

I picked up the phone. «We need to meet.» Tyler said, his voice deeper. «Listen, what did you do yesterday.» Garret said. «SO YOU'RE GUILTY THAT YOU BROKEN MY DEVICE.» His voice sounded rough, and then «AARG.»
The call is dropped, and immediately after, Garrett felt a cold shiver. It decreased (again =)). Nothing critical just another inch and now he was 5ft 9in. Cecil and Garret were worried. «Maybe Tyler can fix this somehow.» Cecil said. «Maybe» - said Garrett and called Tyler back. «In the locker room» - said the voice on the other side of the phone.
Nothing to do, thought Garrett and went to the locker room. There was no one else, only Tyler, but he looked ... different, namely more. That's what you said Tyler. And after these words, Garrett again seized this trembling. He began to shrink, another 1 inch but. Looking at Tyler, he seemed to grow. When the decrease stopped Tyler he... he... HE FUCKING GROWING.
«This is what I wanted to say.» Tyler said. Apparently when you shrink 1 inch, I grow 2 inches. «How to fix it, HOW THE FUCKING FIX THIS.» Garret said. «I have an idea, but you have to come to my house.» «Is there another option?» Garrett asked. «Here». He held out 2 pills. «Drink this to slow down the decline».
Garrett wanted to ask how this would help, but the trembling returned AGAIN. Garrett is 5ft 7in, Tyler is 6ft 6in. Garrett realized that it wasn't long before he could become a dwarf, but going to Tyler's house meant that he could trick him and completely take over him.
So Garrett made a decision.
