Elmyra picks you up and says “come on mr bunny wunny, let’s go to my special feeding room”. Elmyra carries you into the living room and approaches a bookcase, she pulls a book partially out and it causes a secret door next to it to open up, she Carries you inside and says “welcome to my feeding room”, you see multiple chairs, bouncers, jumpers, swings and other things, along with multiple fridges of baby food.
Elmyra straps you into a jolly jumper and uses some kind of circular metal brace to secure your head in place, she then goes over to the fridges and clears out 3 fridges worth of baby food pouches. As she places the pouches onto a cart along with a giant wheel that you would see on a reality game show, she wheels the cart over to you and says “the objective of this game is simple, finish as a many pouches of yummy baby food as you can before getting 3 Xs, now there are two ways to get an X, either by not finishing a pouch in 2 minutes, or, puking or pooping within 10 seconds of finishing the pouch. The game will end when you have 3 Xs”
