Okay, so April is gonna grow more boobs, how's she gonna do that then?

Cycle back to the chapter I suggested Parks and Rec, one of the suggestions is Paunch Burger introducing some new additive, or maybe using cows tainted with Bovine Growth Hormone, causing women who eat it to start growing extra breasts. Honestly, Leslie and Ann are too opposed to Paunch Burger to eat it, Donna's way too posh, if one of the women of the Park's Department are gonna get caught up in this, it's likely to be April.

Alternatively, April's friend Orin is... one of the only characters in the show stranger than April, it's possible he... did something or another to cause her to start growing more breasts.
