This would be excellent, with Jo's dreams coming true on her birthday exactly as she had always dreampt them... if I meant when I said that they all did this was that they had worked togeather to research, purchase and dose Jo as a unit. What I actually meant was that individually, without letting eachother in on what they had planned, they researched, purchased whichever drug they decided was best from their research and, within aproximately a 12 hour period, each individually gave Jo a dose that would have given her slightly bigger boobs that her mom, the current biggest in the family.
With all the different doses in the girl all at once compounding and perhaps even amplifying her growth, Jo soon finds her small tits growing far, far beyond even her wildest dreams. But will her growing breasts turn her greatest dream to her worst nightmare or will she decide that she had simply been dreaming too small? Now 18 they will soon all be going off to various colleges, while they hope to maintian their freindship this is probably the last sleepover, so she is horrified when a flood in the garage causes the beanbags to be ruined the day before the sleepover.
Not only does she not have time to buy more, but since it is likely the last time she'll be using them, she can't afford to buy new ones. Salvation comes in the form of an idea; her genius older brother has been working on some nanotech thing as part of some medical tech startup he's working on with his friends, and he spoke about how it could achieve easy, quick and risk free extreme cosmetic changes and to save money, for now his Lab was his bedroom. So when her family made themselves scarce for the sleepover, as they had since she was old enough to be home alone, Claire snuck into his room, confirmed her hopes, and prepared her nanotech.
When her friends arrived, she explained the loss of the beanbags, and then revealed the nanotech and what it would do; the fat in the ass of whichever girl used it would be multiplied and grown until each buttock was the size of a premium beanbag. To start off the sleepover they will have a series of games, and whichever two have the lowest score when they are done will take the nanotech, with her butt becoming the beanbags used by the other 4, however, she has another 4 doses for if the winning 4 decide that it looks too pleasureable and they want in.
They play their games, whoever loses and whoever decides they want in had the butts transformed into massive mounds of fat pinning them in place and the girls enjoy a very unique sleepover... then the next morning comes and they find something has happened to the computer that Claire used to control their nanites, cutting it's connection to their nanites, which, without external input will ensure that their inflated assess will remain as they are forever, even if they tried to use new nanites to deflate them.
When he returns can Claire's brother regain a connection to the nanites inside the transformed girls, allowing him to revert them and flush the nanites, or will they be transformed forever? For that matter which girls were transformed in the first place?
