"Huh?" Daniel said, confused. "What does that have to do with fashion at all?"
Setting her boyfriend on her desk, Lydia began explaining her thought process. "Well, I see this a few different ways.
First of which is that if she can figure out how to grow you again, than maybe before you go up all the way to your regular size, you could model my miniature drafts. I can't make them as small as you are with the right detail, so you would have to be bigger, and then we could fix you after!" Lydia then tilted her head a little mischievously.
"Second thing is though, is that if she can figure out how you got this way in the first place, she could maybe replicate it for other people, and we could do so much with a ton of tiny people, certainly not as much as just with you alone, no offense."
Daniel waved his hand, "None taken, sounds interesting." "Why did I say that?" Daniel said under his breath.
Lydia smiled, feeling more comfortable with her odd thoughts on the matter. "I was also thinking, what if you didn't exactly shrink, but you more transformed from a larger form into a smaller size. That got me thinking, if we really learned how this all works, we could possibly transform all kinds of things into clothes. We could make living garments, how cool!"
Lydia was beaming, and her smile was insanely contagious.
Daniel grinned, but thought to himself; "Does all of this really seem like the right way to go, become a lab rat so that Lydia can get famous and into college? Maybe I should just think of it as a willing hero ready to serve the pursuit of knowledge!"
