"Van, I know you take all sort of cases" Agnes started, she grimaced as she looked around the dilapidated building, "But did you really had to take this one? And the guy looked so...odd" a shiver went down her spine as she remembered the odd client, so expressionless, simple clothes and lanky, "And then he sends us here? Are you sure this is not an ambush? Are you sure one of your contacts is not tired of you?"
"How could anyone get tired of a charming guy like me?" Van smirked in her direction, "I know the guy looked sketchy but the pay was just to good pass on, just getting into am abandoned building and get some documents, also I don't remember asking for your help, don't you to study for your fancy school, kid?"
"S-shut up, I was worried you'll end up hurting yourself!" Agnès yelled as she looked to the ground, both to make sur she hadn't stepped on some excrement and to hide her pink blush.
Van ignored the comment and looked around the doors of the hallway, thankfully they didn't need any flashing since the full moon managed to illuminate most of the hallway, the other room they had entered had been completely empty, with pieces of broken furniture and and blank paper sheets, but now that they had finally found a room with something, a few rusty filling cabinets and an moldy desk, gave him some hope of finding something.
After searching through the filling cabinets and finding nothing Van moved to the desk, opening one of the drawers made him smirk as he saw them, the documents the guy wanted, some reports of whatever forsaken company had used this office building in the past, "Heh, easiest Miras of my life!" he said as he proudly hold the documents like if they were a trophy.
"Hmm, don't you think this is a bit easy?" Agnes said as she looked around her, fearing they were about to be attacked in any moment, they had to face some unsavoury characters in the past, and with their track record they would probably had to do it again, and right now seemed like the perfect chance for that to happen.
"Calm down kid, you're being paranoic, sometimes you run into an ambush and sometimes you take advantage of someone to paranoic to do the dirty work himself, now let's get out of-" Van said but stopped when he heard the sound of something rolling, looking down he noticed the sound came from the drawer he had opened, where he could see a small golden ball.
"Now what do we have here?" Van asked, momentarily letting go of the documents as he examined the foreign object, a golden sphere with many buttons and holes.
"Hey, you can't just pick that up!" Agnes said, first she pick up the documents they were hired to search since apparently her partner was fine with letting them on the ground, "It could be a...a... what's that thing?" Agnes anger was suddenly replaced by curiosity as she was also enthralled by the golden ball.
The duo's observation sessions was cut short when a flash came out of the ball, blinding them for a small second that made them feel...odd.
"Uh? What was that, you feel alright-" Van began to say but stopped as he noticed a few things were wrong about his current situation , he was carrying the document he had dropped , he wasn't carrying the sphere and most importantly, he could see himself standing in front of him.
He blinked again and again as he saw the impostor, dark hair with a speck of blue, even with a matching blue jacket, the only thing that wasn't right was the expression, while he smirked transmitting his own confidence, this other Van seemed more insecure, his lip quivering and eyes growing wide, then as a coup de grace, he let go of the sphere, letting it hit it the ground as he started shrieking and pointing a finger at him, "Y-you!" he stuttered, his eyes growing even more wide as he heard his own voice, then proceeding to grip his own throat and look at himself just to...faint?
"Well that was...interesting" Van said as he looked at his unconscious clone, again hearing that voice coming out of his throat, and now that he actually got a chance to hear it, it sounded familiar, annoying but still familiar.
When a long blond lock fell on his face he immediately understood why his voice sounded familiar, moving said lock aside allowed him to see a cream coloured that confirmed his suspicions, Agnès' coat, and Agnès' hair.
Van gulped as he braced himself, finally deciding to look down and as he dreaded, he found not a man's body but a girl's, coveted by a cream coloured coat, beneath it he could see a pink jumper, below it were black tights and an uncomfortable pair of brown thigh high leather boots.
The realisation that be was actually seeing what he was seeing started to cause him to get nervous, which made his chest start to...jiggle, a slight jiggle that didn't help his situation, but with a mix of curiousity and dread, he took a hand to jiggling area and almost immediately regretted it as he noticed it was in fact a breast, Agnes breasts for what he could tell, which immediately made him let go of it.
