As you are choosing a bottle to quench your thirst your attention is grabbed by bottle labeled "Nuka-Nut". At first you question exactly what flavor this Nuka-Cola is supposed to be. You've never heard of soda that would have any type of nuts in it. At least as the main flavor, you do remember many pre-war food packagings warning about possible high traces of nut. That does make you question the quality control of the pre-war food companies.
As you end up turning the bottle around, you notice a crudely drawn pair of coconuts on the backside of the otherwise barren label. A coconut flavored drink makes more sense, and sounds tropical too. You hope the drink will be as refreshing as it's tropical nature leads on. Refreshing is something you needed having walked in a burning heat that made you wish for a nuclear you know what.
Popping the cap off the bottle, and pocketing it for monetary gain, you go for your first sip of Nuka-Nut. And just as you had hoped it tasted delicious and reinvigorating. You quickly begin to chug the whole bottle, the drink was too good to resist. You finish the bottle without having paused for a breath. Letting out a burp that echoes in the otherwise quiet room, you are left with your thirst quenched. Also with a slight odd aftertaste, but that probably wasn't anything unusual.
You then began to take in the vault a bit more. You thought about going for another drink, maybe trying one of the other flavors. But you were also wondering what else might be in the vault.
As you were pondering what to do next, the cola you had drank had begun to settle inside you. Little did you know the bottles in this vault were not made to try out new flavors, but rather to cause changes in the people who drank them. With the secret ingredients in the drink you had just ingested having just started to activate you were about to go through some changes yourself.
While at the moment you were still oblivious a slight tingle moved through you're body, as you were starting to go through...
