After school, Billy, James, and Hanna all decided to hang out in the treehouse in Miss Pocolate's backyard. Upon arriving, they saw a For Sale sign posted in front of the house.
"I can't pull it out!" Billy said as he tried to tank it out of the ground.
The trio watched as a couple, a male and a female werewolf, drove up in their car behind another car. This car was owned by the realtor, a dashing vampire in a suit. The three kids retreated to the treehouse and Billy grabbed a large book from a drawer. It was a photo album!
The three returned home and were very disappointed about Billy's favorite hangout being sold to a couple.
"We overheard them say they want to turn Miss Pocolate's backyard into an outdoor gym," Hanna told their parents.
"And they're getting rid of the treehouse, too," James said.
