Before luffy was going to close his whole fist on you, his eyes fell on you and he noticed something weird about the "bug". "This bug looks different, it looks like it has arms and legs" Luffy said which you heard. Luffy focuses his attention even more on you and then he saw you. "Woah!! It's a tiny person, I thought you were a bug" Luffy said amazed by what he was holding. His eyes grew even larger as he was interested in you. You were noticed by him and were saved, tears were coming from your eyes.
Luffy noticed that you were crying. "Agh, sorry little guy, I didn't know you were in there and I'm sorry that I mistaken you for a bug!" He sounded apologetic and worried at you. He didn't know how to react at this situation, the only thing he could think of was making you stop crying. He went to sit somewhere in the ship and made sure not to move his hand a lot. When he sat down he took his finger and was carassing your back. "Please little guy, I'm sorry about that, please talk to me"
Luffy has moved somewhere else and you feel him touching you with his finger. He seems willing to help you, his intentions weren't that bad you figured. As he was carassing you, you calmed down and positioned yourself to look at his face. You were now staring at his giant face, you could see lots of details and his scar on his face. His eyes were starting at you and never letting go. "Oh you finally calmed down, what's your name?" Luffy asks. You hesitate at first, you were still somewhat scared because you've been shrunk and now you're in the palm of a pirate, but Luffy seemed not to inflict harm to you. "Ugh..... My name's Jack" You said in a weak tone. The tone was weak but Luffy had heard it.
"Nice to meet you Jack, My name's Luffy I'm sorry for almost squishing you with my hand, I didn't know you were a person, Please forgive me" He sounded apologetic. "It's ok I forgive you"
"That's great because I thought you were not going to apologize... Haha." Luffy said in a cheerful tone. "What were you doing inside the crate and were you always this small?" You decide to tell him what happened. "No I was not always this small, I was just like you a normal sized person. At the island I ate some weird fruit from a seller and it shrunk me to this size. I was in an alley when I heard someone approaching, I was scared so I entered the crate and now I am here." You finish telling your story. "That's pretty bad, I feel bad for you. If we were still on the island I was going to punch that guy for you, but we are going to another Island, maybe you can stay with us until we help you, I promise you we will take care of you" Luffy ended that with a smile.
Hearing that you were not on that island anymore saddened you, but this pirate captain seemed willing to help you. "Alright I guess I can stay with you until we find a cure"
