Mark nonchalantly picked the tiny man up and placed him into his thick beard hair. He packed up his boat, pausing only to place Mike onto a fresh Marlboro. As he was preparing to leave something caught his eye in the distance. A few small umbrellas were set up at the dock that weren’t there last night. He made his way over and saw six tiny people, four men and two women, sitting under the umbrellas. As he got closer his shadow gave him away, and like the others they tried to run. He collected them easily, amused how easily they all fit in one hand. He dropped them in his shirt pocket and headed back to the boat.
Mark cranked the small motor and got the boat going. As soon as the tiny island was out of site the territory looked familiar. He was back to his truck in only 15 minutes.
“Well that’s weird,” he said. “The island is only 15 minutes time exactly southeast of my usual spot. How have I never seen it before…”
Everything appeared normal as he loaded up the boat, so he knew he hadn’t grown. He decided to head home and do some research, and head back to the tiny island tomorrow.

Mark arrived home and sat on the couch. The tingle of the men in his beard felt great. The little man in his belly button felt good too. And he was tossing Mike around with his tongue much to his amusement. He wondered for a minute how his gut seemed to calm the tiny people, but realized it was his best bet with the six new ones.
Mark sat on the couch and took his shirt off, carefully making sure the tinies stayed in the pocket. He poured them out onto his massive belly. As they surveyed their surroundings he lit a fresh Marlboro.
“What is happening?” One of the women asked. “At the beach you were a giant… but now we’re in a normal sized house… did you shrink us?”
“I’m not sure what’s happening,” Mark replied. “I stumbled upon your island yesterday, and I was a giant. I came back home today and everything is normal. But for now I need to…”
