There was a stunned silence for a moment, as they realised that was the full question. The question makers kept these in to catch the contestants off guard.

As the lights came back on in the other three booths. They knew they'd been caught flat footed. Whoever answered, almost certainly answered correctly.
They'd all be jumpy not to miss the next question. Either an equally silly one, or more likely a treacherously worded question.

There were smirks on James, Scott and Matthew's faces. Each equally sure the premature buzzer was suffering. In his confinement, Mark was struggling as a bust swelled into existance. A modest, but healthy C-cup, and accompanying bra were now part of him. With this quiz there was certainly room for further development.
