Nazuna arrived at Anima City Park, taking a seat on the nearby bench to pass the time. The gentle breeze passed, brushing against Nazuna's ears as the soothing sounds of tree sap trickled down rhythmically. To put it bluntly, it was simply wonderful. With Alan Sylvasta's defeat and Shirou protecting the city, peace has finally started to show itself. With a gentle bite of her mochi, Nazuna slowly closed her eyes. Just as she was about to doze off, she was woken by a familiar voice.
"Nazuna? Hey, Nazuna! You okay?" Michiru inquired. "Mmm..? I'm okay, Michiru. There's nothing wrong with taking a quick nap, is there?" Nazuma responded groggily, rolling her eyes at Michiru's concern. "Nazuna? Can I ask you something really quick? It's been bothering me for a while now." Michiru sighed, taking a seat on the park bench as well. "Actually, I have something I want to discuss as well. After you, of course." Nazuna admitted, gesturing for Michiru to speak with a wave of her hand.
"I know this is going to sound selfish, but hasn't the city gotten...boring as of late? I-I know that sounds ridiculous, but with all the incidents and acts of terrorism gone, I feel...unfulfilled. I sorta miss defending the city, you know? It gave me a purpose in this city, and now...what is my purpose? What do I contribute to in this city now? Witnessing the people's gratitude towards me was the most rewarding feeling in the world, and now? All I do nowadays is play basketball. At least it keeps me in shape..." She sheepishly said, almost mockingly towards Nazuna.
"...Yes, I agree. After parting ways with the church, Deesse Louve ceases to exist. With the real Silver Wolf revealing his identity, I feel like my life has also been lacking excitement as of late. In fact, if it weren't for my career as an idol, I would have lost myself as a person. Sometimes I wonder how things would turn out if I just let myself go... Throw myself into the wind of ambition." Nazuna replied while closing her eyes.
"Thanks, Nazuna. I'm glad you understand where I'm coming from. I mean-" "Oh, and yes, that is very selfish of you, Michiru." Nazuna interjected. Opening her eyes, she turned her head towards her friend and gave her a disapproving expression. "I don't deny that Anima City has been getting rather uneventful as of late, but having the audacity to wish for calamity to strike upon the city for the sake of filling that ego of yours is just awful!" She snapped, calming herself down before continuing. "See? You never think before you say. Imagine if you said such a thing in public. Who knows what would happen to you if the police were to overhear? Oh, and I don't appreciate that jab towards my weight." Nazuna said while crossing her arms around her paunchy gut.
"W-Wait! That's not what I-" Michiru began panicking, only for Nazuna to interject once again. "No! That's clearly what you implied! If you're truly that bored, then consider helping the community in other ways—perhaps community service, or getting a full-time job. You did work as a teacher that one time, yes?" Nazuna questioned. "Well, yeah..." Michiru admitted in embarrassment. "I won't be around forever, Michiru. It's up to you what you want to do in life. On a separate note, my weight is none of your concern. I simply reward myself for entertaining the citizens of Anima City. And no, I don't stuff my face like some fat slob. To put it simply, I treat myself to a three-course meal daily. If you think I go to the buffet every day, just to clear it out immediately, then you'll be severely disappointed."
"Yes, I have gorged myself to an impressive 300 lbs, but my weight doesn't define me as a person. My rolls hug my dress, and my belly hangs over my thighs, but do I care? Plus, as Anima City's biggest idol, I've spread news regarding body positivity. If anything, you need to be the one packing on the pounds, raccoon... Wait..." Nazuna froze, realizing her mistake, only for the two friends to laugh it off. "See? I told you I didn't look like a tanuki! Oh, and sorry about earlier..." Michiru apologized, rubbing the back of her head while chucking.
"Well, since that was sincere, I suppose I will accept that apology." Nazuna nodded with a smile on her face. "Glad that didn't escalate any further. Alright, I'm paying for you as an apology. What's the plan for today?" Michiru asked.
