Ah, the classic 2000s cartoon mom.

Who can forgot her generous rump?

Now that rump is going to end up in a diaper!

I present you with two options:

1: Dexter's mom gets zapped by one of Dexter's inventions, and it alters reality so that she's always worn diapers!
Perhaps she notices the sudden diapering, or perhaps she's been mentally altered to think this is normal for her?

2: Dexter's mom has always worn diapers, because her severe germaphobia makes her avoid the toilet. All sorts of stuff
