As you look through a genius idea strikes you mind. You see a Potion of Memory Erasure and realise that it would solve all of your problems with her, just trick her into drinking it and "voilà", you have Susan around your thumb.
Quickly you take the sticker with "Memory Erasure" from the bottle so that nothing is out of place. Now you are merely holding a bottle with blue liquid in your hands. After this you take marker from your desk and write "Breast Expansion" on the glass for easier persuasion. You know your landlady enough to tell that she has slight complex regarding marely avarage breast size and would not say no to opportunity to get bigger boobs.
You were about proceed but right before opening the door realise what you are about to do to her, completely vipe everything in Susan's life and understand that it would be fair to atleast grant her what you promised. You open real Breast Expansion Potion and sip a little bit into bottle you had, shake it a bit and now everything is ready.
"Finaly, I thought you just decided to make me wait" she responds immediately after you open "So what is it you want to give instead of money?"
From behind your back you reveal the bottle with Potion and respond "You will find it hard to believe, but I have a magical potion to offer you"
Immediately she gives irritated look but before she responds you continue "Listen before telling be how stupid it is! This is potion of Breast Expasion, if you drink it your bust will over shine anyone else!"
She now has look of surprise and clearly is interested, even though still not trustful "Say it is "Potion of Breast Expansion", where did you get it from? And how do I know you aren't just trying to fool me or poison me?"
"First of all, where I got it is none of your concern and second, there are are camaras here, it would be stupid for me to poison you infront of them. Just drink it here and you will know know it is real" he handles potion to her, everything is going according to his plan "but you need to drink everything or it will not work"
She looks from you to bottle in her hands and in reverse a few times before uncorking it "Fine, but you will pay a lot more if it's just prank" and gulps it down soon finishing everything till the last drop.
"I fear that I will not need to pay anything, ever" you say with smug smile
"What do you mean? Ah!" She says before grasping for her head
"What I gave you is actualy a Potion of Mamory Erasure... With tidbit of Breast Expansion Potion in it, so I did keep my promise" you explain as turned around on one spot grappling both her head and slowly expanding bust. In seconds when she turned her head to give last glimpses of you, you see her eyes blinking with blue glow.
"You!... You will pay for this!... I!... Will.." she responded in anger before losing consciousness and falling in your hold. Closing the door you take her on the couch. Not loosing time you admire the change, her girls were now few sizes to big for her previous wardrobe, creating a large cleavage to admire. Previously she was A Cup but now you would assume she was a D or even DD Cup.
Soon you see her begin to open her eyes and slowly look around. "Where.. Where am I? Who am I? Who are you?" She began asking questions, you see that her eyes still blink with blue glow.
Before taking of the sticker for Memory Erasure Potion you seen instructions written on it and knew exactly what to do. After drinking that potion subject will be in state of being unable to think critically and will believe anything told to them, their brain will even fill their head with false memories if needed. Not loosing time while Susan is still in that state you begin making her knew life.
