This choice: The remote is still there • Go Back...Chapter #6The remote is still there by: Morphology   Realizing that she left the remote back in Mia's room, Courtney quickly made her way up there to retrieve it. Thinking back at her brother's reaction to having suddenly wearing a girlie pull-up was certainly priceless, but she didn't expect for him to have the vocabulary that she would use for potty training. 'I will make sure to keep that in mind in the future.' She thought to herself. 'Well if he will let me use it again after this.' She couldn't help but chuckle at his predicament and believed that it was worth it to see him talking like a little girl. Stepping into the room, Courtney found the odd looking remote. Seeing the remote, she breathed a small sigh of relief, knowing that she would hopefully be able to use it again.
Picking up the remote, she took a quick look at it hoping that her brother was still in the memory, but found the display showing it cleared out. "Looks like I will need to go scan him again in order to change him further, but I don't think I can leave the girls alone to do it." She said to herself as she started to go back down stairs. Making sure to put the remote back into her hoodie so that she won't lose it, Courtney heard the timer go off in the kitchen. "Ooo... Whose ready for dinner?" She cried out to the girls who were preoccupied with the children's show on the television to care.
*** Meanwhile across the street at the Mitchell's ***
Coming back inside from his little trip across the street, Josh didn't know what to do. Originally he went over there to demand the remote in order to get back to normal, but after hearing the words coming out of his mouth about everything to do with potty training, it all went out the window. 'Well, I know one thing for sure, I'm not letting her have it again.' He thought to himself while closing the door.
"Honey is that your?" Kim called out from the kitchen where she was just starting dinner. After coming around the corner to see her son coming inside, she started to tie her apron around her scrubs. "Sorry, I got caught up late with a root canal and couldn't make it in time." She replied as she started to come closer. "Are you needing a change, sweetie?" She casually touched his groin to feel if it was full and silently did the same with his behind. "Look at you, still dry." She caressed his face lovingly. "But I think you need to go sit on the potty for a little just in case."
Looking dumbstruck, Josh started to complain. "But I don't need to go potty." He gestured back down to his pants and looked back at her. "My diapee is still dry and I think I'm ready for big girl panties." He grimaced as the words came out, but still decided to stand firm. Josh originally wanted to say boxers or underwear, but big girl panties was all that he was able to say.
Letting out a small chuckle, Kim causally guided him to the guest bathroom that they had down stairs. "How about you sit for 15 minutes and try to go." She picked up the timer that Josh remembered that she used to use with Bri and his cousins when they were potty training. Seeing that she set it for the 15 minutes, Josh grumbled as he pulled down his pants and sat down. This somewhat felt natural for him and didn't know any other way to do it. "Remember, if you go pee pee in the potty you get a snack cake." She replied with a sing songy voice as she cracked the door and went back to cooking.
Several minutes passed and Josh started to move his feet around in discomfort. "I'm bored." He whined, but remembered that he still had his phone in his pocket. Quickly getting it, Josh brought up his messaging app and found Jenn's recent messages.
'I messed up and let Courtney use the remote. I will need help.'
Quietly muttering as he typed, Josh got to send the message that he wanted and felt relieved that he was able to leave out what had actually happened. He felt that the less that she knew the better.   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
