Maya Kumashiro, student in disguise and head principal of the Waldstein Academy. She was with Vice principal, Chihiro Kawashima, her best friend Ami Kuroki, and fellow students Mikaze Nakagawa and Kozue Naruse. The school had found a secret basement in the academy itself. Ami accidentally activated a hidden switch that showed an entrance. The 5 began to venture downstairs.
"What do you guys think we'll find? Ghouls, lost souls, goblins or anything mythological?!" said an excited Kozue.
"Yeah, wish Fumiaki was here with us." Mikaze mumbled.
"Quit it. We're here because this might be the place where the Nostradamus Key is." Maya said.
They saw Chihiro began to daydream of Fumiaki as they ventured into the depths of the school. It got increasing colder as they went deeper into the basement.
They got into deadend as they began to search for a hidden switch. Ami, in klutzy fashion tripped over a stone which activated a pedestal that rose from the center of the room.
"Kuroki, your miracle klutz!" Maya said happily as she patted Aki's head.
Ako who fell face first onto the floor. Her nose bleeding a bit as she rose her head and lifted her body. She vowed as Kozue dried her nose.
"Do you think, this is it." Chihiro said as they stood there.
"There might be booby traps?" Mikaze warned the others.
Maya approached the pedestal which stunned her companions as she looked at the ancient relic that sat on the pedestal.
"What's the relic?" Kozue asked as she helped Aki stand up.
