The Explorer Guild is a company most well known for being either mercenaries for hire, or being overall help across the universe. The guild has thousands of members, all being freelance to more or lesser extent.
The Explorer Guild members rather often form groups called "Crews" to tackle harder requests, though some members still prefer to go solo.
The Guild tends to separate their members between different Tiers, starting from H Tier and ending in A Tier. Members go through the tiers by completing requests and the higher the Tier, the more dangerous the missions can be, but with danger, so increases the rewards.
Here are some of the Crews that are out there doing missions:
Divine Lightning Crew - An A Tier Crew full of experts on their fields and all women. They've just returned from an escort mission to Planet Haltija, one of them not realizing that she has gotten sick with a virus from the planet, which typically is no big deal for elves.
The Terror Crew - A B Tier Crew formed out of former prisoners of the same, women-only prison. They're returning from a trip to subdue a space beast, one getting injured during the fight, not realizing what she was infected with.
History's Matter Crew - A B Tier Crew that specializes in researching and preserving ruins and other archaeological sites for further studying and investigation. As the ruins this time were in a very dangerous area, the Crew has taken with them an artifact for further studying with more proper tools, a bracelet. The Crew fails to realize how one curious member of the Crew can alter their course so drastically.
