Shizune transforms naruto but why?

Option1- Shizune needs help as tsunades secretary so she has naruto become a woman(Natsumi) to handle to minor things as secretary does so shizune can handle the more laborious duties such as cutting tsunades sake intake & gambling down

Option2- Shizune accidentally triggers a failsafe when she is healing naruto(Kushinas Chakra that was in the seal waiting for when naruto came to get control over the kyuubis chakra) that resulted in naruto becoming a woman

Option3- Shizune and several other women donate blood to naruto when he came back from a mission The blood from the women changed naruto into a woman which went unnoticed until the next morning
