Ashley's exercise day with Tracy

It was about 7:00 AM ashley slowly opened her eyes and sat up she slogged herself out of bed and got changed she reached into her drawer and pulled out a bra and panties she removed her current ones and put on some new ones as she was about to head into her bathroom her phone started buzzing she grabbed it and answered it while heading into the bathroom

Ashley: ugh hello

Tracy: heya Ashley guess what day it is

Ashley grabs a hair brush and starts brushing her her hair making it look nicer

Ashley: the day I should have slept in ?

Tracy: you always do that

Ashley: exactly

Tracy: hey you promised me that you would go to the gym with me

Ashley: when did I make this promise again ?

Tracy: like 3 months ago come on

Ashley: yeah yeah fine but I'm not doing a morning run on the way there

Tracy: fine I'll meet you there

And with that Tracy hung up and Ashley continued getting ready after washing her face and making herself look presentable she stepped out of the bathroom and grabbed some yoga pants and slipped them on she grabbed a shirt off of the floor she was about to put it on but she caught a whiff of it

Ashley: ugh better wash this soon otherwise mom will kill me

She put the shirt into a hamper holding tons of other dirty laundry she then reached into a different drawer and put on the shirt she stepped out into the kitchen and grabbed a bowl but then put it back huffing after putting it back she reached into the fridge grabbing eggs she then reached the oven and turned it on afterwards she started cracking eggs and cooking something after a bit she had made an omelette she spends her time eating it sending bits of it down to you

Ashley: BURRP mmm

Anna: since when do you eat something so big ?

Ashley: since I wake up starving and have to go the gym because of a dumb promise I apparently made 3 months ago

Anna: eh ?

Ashley: nothing where's mom

Anna: work obviously speaking of she wants me to remind you of a couple things first off we have the beach trip in about two weeks and she wants you going so unless something big comes up you have to go

Ashley: yeah I know that I bought a new swimsuit yesterday

Anna: cool now the second thing she wants you getting a job

Ashley: I'm aware I've been looking but not a lot of places want to hire the mean looking girl

Anna: ash....

Ashley: whatever I'm off I have a long ride ahead of me

And with that Ashley goes into the garage and puts on her motorcycle helmet and gets her motorcycle on the road she turns it on and gets on it and drives off it's a bumpy ride for you as you are tossed around however despite that Ashley doesn't notice you eventually she reaches the gym she parks her bike takes off her helmet and turns off her motorcycle she heads inside and Tracy was inside waiting for her Tracy approached her

Tracy: about time what took you so long ?

Ashley: it's far what do you want from me

Tracy: well for starters how about we do some yoga stretches as I'm not sure you can handle treadmill

Ashley: excuse me ?

Tracy: I mean in comparison to how fast I go on it besides you want to start small with these things

Ashley: if I can help it after today I won't be "starting" anything

And with that the two do different exercises and other things at the gym for hours afterwards Ashley comes home showers and falls asleep in her bed and you relax knowing your one step closer to the beach trip
