There is a small town called Wairwol on the edge of this region that serves as a trading post with the lupin. There are also a couple of minor passes in the region that lead to both the Great Steppes and the desert to the south. The lupin guard these passes well.
It is understood by all who live and travel to Wairwol that they will be protected by the lupin, so long as they don’t enter the forests in which the lupin dwell. Like many other nonhuman races in the Kingdom, the lupin enjoy a high degree of autonomy in their own lands.
