You and your family have lived in Callerynta for generations. Callerynta is located in the geographical center of the kingdom. Callerynta sits on the intersection of two royal highways, one that runs north-south between Kara and the main pass of the Kingdom’s southern mountain range, the other running between Phesia, a port city on the Great Sea, and the main pass in the Kingdom’s Eastern mountain range.
As you can imagine, Callerynta is a perfect city for a clan of Kingdom bards to call home.
Today you’re going to be traveling north to Kara. You won’t be going there to perform, however. You’re going there to join an adventuring party.
